If you have COVID-19 symptoms, we ask you not to enter our bricks and mortar store.
We operate the NHS COVID-19 App check-in.
Strict guidelines operate for staff health.
Please wear a face mask in our bricks and mortar store.
Our staff have been wearing a mask for your safety since we reopened following lockdown 15 June 2020.
Our external door is kept open to allow good ventilation.
We ask that all customers use the hand sanitiser provided on entry to our bricks and mortar store.
Staff also regularly sanitise.
We only allow a total of 6 people from a maximum of 2 households in our bricks and mortar store at any one time.
Please maintain a distance of 2 metres from others.
A laminated glass barrier at the point of sale helps to protect everyone.
For a stress-free shopping experience, we offer individual appointments for customers.
For those who wish to minimise contact, we are taking orders by telephone for collection.
You may also order online for delivery wherever you are in the British Isles.
We operate a one-way system around our bricks and mortar store.
For hygiene reasons, we are not accepting cash during the pandemic. To minimise contact, please pay with a card or contactless payment.
We have a rigorous COVID-19 cleaning policy.
Our changing rooms are currently closed, but our extended returns policy means you can try on at home.
To avoid possible infection transmission, our children’s corner is currently closed, and although we still welcome dogs, we no longer make a fuss of them.
Deliveries are quarantined for 3 days before dispatch as is returned clothing which is also steamed.
TIER 4 or TIER 5 LOCKDOWN
During a national or regional lockdown, do not despair as we are still here to help you even though our bricks and mortar store is closed in accordance with Government guidelines.
If you have found yourself here, you are likely internet shopping, so enjoy. ‘Click and collect’ is available from our bricks and mortar store (not from other sellers/makers currently); just click on the ‘Pickup from Store’ button and this removes your shipping cost. Also, use this option if you live in Battle and would like FREE DELIVERY (to your doorstep, wearing a mask and sanitiser – all our COVID-19 policies below apply during the lockdown).
