Epsom salt is a pure mineral magnesium sulphate crystal for relaxing baths, foot soaks, simple body scrubs and facial cleansers. It dissolves easily in warm water and fits naturally into everyday self-care routines. A versatile bath salt for soaking, softening and exfoliating. Helps to promote relaxation and relieve joint stiffness, minor sprains, strains and post-workout soreness.

Ingredients: 100% magnesium sulfate.

Directions: For a full body bath, add 2 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath and soak for at least 12-20 minutes. For a foot soak, add 1/2 cup of Epsom salt to a bowl of warm water and soak feet for at least 10 minutes. For a body scrub, mix a handful of Epsom salt with 1 tablespoon of your chosen oil. Massage onto damp skin, then rinse thoroughly. For a facial cleanse, dissolve 2-3 teaspoons of Epsom salt in 250ml of warm water. Soak a clean cloth in the solution, wring out, then lay gently over the face for a few minutes, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water.
IMPORTANT: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Reseal after use and store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Seek medical advice before use if being used as aremedy for a skin disorder or medical condition.

Any product that is made to order, as indicated on its product page, will be sent to you separately later. Should we find our High Street store has sold out of anything in your order, we will make every effort to restock that item and post it out to you as soon as possible. You can also collect your order in which case please tick the 'Pick up from store' option during the checkout process. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection. You will also need to collect anything made to order or delayed due to restocking.
