East Sussex Battle Print

£24.95

Our East Sussex Battle print by The Northern Line features Battle Abbey and is inspired by the style of the old mid-century Penguin book covers. This Martlet Classic takes its name from the martlet bird that appears on the Sussex county flag and coat of arms. The martlet is a mythical heraldic bird, distinctive because of its lack of feet which is believed to symbolise that these birds spend their entire lives in the air.

This print is an unframed, unmounted open edition.
